How do I access Scarborough information through Stat Shop?
A Scarborough Research Analyst will work with you to determine the information from the national or local market databases that best fits your needs.   Once we outline the specifications of the report, we will provide a price quote.  Should you decide to purchase a report, a brief proposal will be emailed for signature.  The data will be sent via email and you will be billed after receipt of the data.  Scarborough does not accept credit cards.

How do I pay for reports?
We will invoice you for the data.  Scarborough does not accept credit cards.

How long does it take to get my report?
The turn-around time is based on the depth or complexity of the project.  A standard report typically takes 2-3 days.  The turn-around time will be provided once the specifications have been approved.

What format will my report come in?
Reports will be emailed and will be provided in an excel spreadsheet (data only) or Word or PowerPoint presentation format (with analysis).  The format will be determined when the specifications are discussed. Additional charges are applied for Word/PowerPoint formats with analysis.

What type of support will I receive?
A Scarborough Analyst will be available to walk through the report to ensure that you understand the data and its interpretation.

Do you provide reports for students/educational institutions?
Scarborough's company policy prohibits us from providing data to students or educational institutions at no charge. There are free studies and data available within Scarborough's press releases and free studies.

Can I resell or give away the reports?
The data you receive is licensed only to your company.  You may present the data within your organization or outside your organization for sales or marketing efforts, but you cannot mass distribute the reports in their entirety.  Scarborough reports purchased are strictly prohibited from being resold.

How much does a report cost?
The price of the report depends on the depth of data and number of markets requested.   Once we outline the specifications of the report, we will provide a price quote.

Can I trend Scarborough data?
Data can be trended based on the historical availability of the category.
